THE IMPORTANCE OF USING A LICENSED HVAC COMPANY

There are many reasons you should only hire a licensed HVAC company to complete your maintenance, service calls, or installations. This includes insurance coverage, safety guidelines, quality of workmanship, and knowledge of local regulatory standards and building codes.

An unlicensed HVAC contractor typically will not carry insurance and has no authority regarding local building codes, safety, or standard guidelines. If they have not dedicated the time to become a licensed HVAC contractor, just imagine the quality of work they will do. With POLAIR, you can trust our workmanship. We take safety guidelines seriously and know all the local building codes restrictions regarding HVAC systems. Plus, we educate homeowners on the functionality of their system.

You can always check and verify a Florida contractor’s license by visiting the Department of Business and Professional Regulation website: www.myfloridalicense.com
