We are seeking an HVAC Field Service Technician with a minimum of three years of experience. Must be self-motivated, have strong ethical values, honest, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, takes pride in the quality of work, and be obsessed with customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Primary duties are to streamline information for customers as it relates to inquiries about our products and services. Additional duties include answering phones, replying to emails, scheduling service, and create orders and bookings in Service Titan.
