Backed by a manufacturer that stands behind its equipment.
WHY CHOOSE POLAIR
Some homeowners feel pressured to replace equipment before they fully understand the problem. That is not how POLAIR operates. We begin with an evaluation, explain what we find, and then discuss the available options.
POLAIR is proud to be a Trane Comfort Specialist™, a designation awarded to independent dealers that meet Trane’s standards for training, expertise, customer satisfaction, and service.
Careful installation performed according to manufacturer specifications and verified for airflow, refrigerant charge, drainage, electrical operation, and overall performance.
Equipment selection based on the home, existing installation, comfort needs, and operating conditions — not simply the size of the old equipment. We evaluate the home and existing installation to help determine the appropriate system capacity and configuration.
Scheduled care designed to protect performance, efficiency, reliability, and equipment life.
Filtration, ultraviolet treatment, humidity management, air purification, and ventilation solutions selected for the needs of the home.
Wi-Fi-enabled comfort controls professionally installed and configured for the system.
WHY PROPER INSTALLATION MATTERS
A premium Trane system installed incorrectly will never deliver the comfort, efficiency, or lifespan it’s capable of. Even excellent equipment can underperform or experience premature problems when it is improperly sized, charged, drained, wired, or commissioned.
We treat installation like the most important part of the job — because it is.
Financing
Flexible financing options are available for qualified customers, helping make an unexpected replacement or major comfort investment more manageable.
The answer depends on the system’s age, physical condition, comfort performance, repair history, efficiency, and the cost of the current repair. Warranty coverage matters as well. Once major parts are no longer covered, a costly repair can materially change the economics of repairing versus replacing. We show you the options and help you understand the tradeoffs before you decide.
Many systems in South Florida provide approximately 10–12 years of useful service, although actual life varies considerably. Installation quality, maintenance, run time, thermostat settings, humidity, drainage, electrical conditions, and salt-air exposure can all affect longevity. Some systems last longer, while coastal equipment or heavily used systems may experience problems sooner.
System size depends on much more than square footage. We consider the home’s construction, layout, insulation, glass exposure, orientation, existing ductwork, occupancy, and comfort concerns. We evaluate the application rather than simply replacing the existing system with the same nominal size.
