Our technicians undergo an extensive training process to be able to become a POLAIR Field Technician. With our over 40 years of combined experience, we offer our customers a familiar and friendly face they can trust with their HVAC system.
We only hire the best of the best and believe in training our staff to create the most elite team of HVAC technicians possible. At POLAIR, we only accept the top of the class graduates from local technical schools and train them for 15 months before becoming POLAIR Field Technicians.
